1) What areas do you seek business investment opportunities?

We are currently in the Chicago-land area, city and suburbs. However, we seek and offer investment opportunities, preferably in the Midwest states surrounding IL, however we will consider a good deal anywhere in the USA.

2) What types of investments do you seek or offer?

Any investment that can provide great returns in short-term and long-term residual income, we would be interested. Since "great" is a relative term, we are open to hearing of any opportunity that you also have a vested risk and interest, just like we do.

3) What type of rates do you offer for cash invested, if I want just a fixed guaranteed return?

Competitive and much better than bank CD rates, given it's essentially no risk involved on your part. It's a sliding scale based on how much you want to invest. 

4) Do you simply lend out money if I need it for a deal?

Only if we are partners with you too. We are not in business of simply financing deals. We want to take the risk with you and also ensure we maximize overall returns for both of us by being a partner with you - both debt and equity partners.

5) Why is your logo an hourglass shape with 6 circles in green and blue facing each other?
The blue circles symbolize team members that join together as a group to become one. Together we can accomplish more, can learn from each other and can take on bigger investment deals, than we can individually. Ultimately, we maximize profits (green circles) while managing risk across each investor. We are open to various team members, with creative ideas and backgrounds.
